Amazing location, close to 2 MRT stations. The pods provided privacy and were well-equipped with plugs, lights, and a fan. The bed was comfortable and I felt safe with the cute cat around. I'll recommend this hostel.

We had a great experience at Hive! The staff were friendly and the place was clean and well-maintained. The location was central, with two nearby MRT stations for easy transportation. The facilities were good, including fast internet, a nice game room, and all-day coffee and tea. The simple breakfast of sandwiches was satisfying, and we also enjoyed exploring the nearby Chinese hawker center for affordable meals. This hostel provided a great local experience and we highly recommend it to both families and solo travelers.
All was perfect! 😊

The hostel had great security measures and the rooms and bathrooms were clean. the free breakfast and wifi were a bonus. the location was perfect, being close to Little India and a nearby MRT station, making it convenient for exploring the city.
The hostel had two separate areas, with the rooms in the second section being old and in need of renovation. the communal bathroom didn't have hot water, which was disappointing.

The staff at this hostel are absolutely amazing, they're not only super helpful but also really cute! The location couldn't be better, right next to a metro station and close to Little India where you can find cheap stuff. The space is clean and comfortable, with great privacy and security. Even though it's not new, it is VERY clean. The beds are surprisingly comfortable with two pillows. The MRT system makes it easy to get around, and there's plenty to do in the nearby area. The free breakfast could use some vegan options, but other than that, it was a great stay. The communication was excellent, and there were lots of amenities like free laundry, showers, air conditioning. This hostel is perfect for solo or group travelers, with power sockets and big lockers available. The best part? The free DIY laundry, it's mind-blowing!

We stayed at The Hive for 3 nights with our family of 8 and found it to be spacious and clean. The kitchen facilities were a bonus, allowing us to make our own breakfast, and the unlimited water was a nice touch. The wifi at the reception was reliable, and the lockers provided added security. The close proximity to the subway, mall, and bus station made getting around easy, and we appreciated the helpfulness of the hardworking receptionist.
Strongly recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at The Hive in Singapore for a week-long trip. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially a kind girl whose name I unfortunately forgot. She always had a smile on her face and went out of her way to assist me. There was also a friendly old gentleman who helped me find my friend's school using his computer. The location of my Rose room was perfect, upstairs and conveniently close to a separate bathroom. The cleanliness of the toilets was impeccable, as if they had just been cleaned. Additionally, the key was left for me at the counter when I arrived late at night, allowing for a smooth self-check-in process. Checking out was equally hassle-free, as I left early in the morning on my own. the value for money at The Hive was excellent, with comfortable mattresses and accessible amenities such as showers, toilets, and the nearby MRT station, restaurants.
Totally recommend this hotel.

Despite the negative aspects, there were a few positive aspects of my stay. The hostel offered free wifi, which was convenient, although the connection was weak during peak hours. They also provided free landline calls overseas, which was a nice perk. The location of the hostel was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and a variety of Indian food options nearby. I would not recommend this hostel due to its cleanliness and noise issues.
The cleanliness of the place was subpar, with centipedes and cockroaches seen in the bathroom. It smelled of pee and there were no trash cans in the toilet cubicles, forcing guests to carry their soiled tissues outside to dispose of them.
